Terms and Conditions
These terms cover your use of this website and of any T20 Exchange ID opened through our panel. In short: you must be 18 or over, your account and your betting decisions are yours, and we are responsible for issuing the ID correctly and moving your money accurately.
Last updated 16 August 2026. Using this site or opening an account through it means you accept what follows.
Who we are
We operate an independent T20 Exchange ID panel as an authorised agent. We issue accounts and handle deposits and withdrawals for the users we onboard. We do not own, operate or control the T20 Exchange platform, its odds, its markets or its settlement of bets.
Who may open an account
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be legally permitted to bet where you live. Rules differ between Indian states and change over time; establishing what applies to you is your responsibility.
- The account must be opened for yourself, using your own payment method.
- An account opened for anybody under 18 will be closed and the balance withheld.
Your account and credentials
- Your ID is issued to you alone. Do not share the credentials.
- Change the temporary password before placing any bet.
- You are responsible for all activity on the account, including activity by anyone you granted access to.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
- We may decline to open an account, or close one, without being required to give a reason.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit is ₹100 and the full amount is credited to your betting balance.
- Take current payment details at the time of every deposit. Collection accounts rotate, and money sent to a retired account cannot be recovered by us.
- Always send the payment reference. A payment we cannot identify cannot be credited.
- Deposits normally credit within a few minutes and take longer at peak times.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. We charge nothing to process one.
- Payouts return to the account you deposited from. Mismatched details delay payment.
- Funds committed as exposure on open bets are not withdrawable.
- Your first withdrawal takes longer because account verification runs on it.
- Identity documents may be requested for larger withdrawals. This is standard and not a delaying tactic.
- Duplicate requests slow payment rather than speeding it up.
Bets and settlement
Bets are placed on and settled by the T20 Exchange platform against the actual result of the event. Once matched, a bet cannot be cancelled. Once settled, the result stands. We cannot reverse, void or amend a settled bet, and we cannot reopen a suspended market.
Market suspension during play, partially matched bets, and price movement between selection and confirmation are normal features of exchange betting rather than faults. Where a match is abandoned, the platform's own void and settlement rules apply.
What we do not offer
- No credit, loans or deferred payment of any kind.
- No tips, predictions or guaranteed outcomes. Anyone selling these is not acting for us.
- No registration fee, monthly rental or withdrawal charge, and nobody acting for us will request one.
- No request for your password, a banking OTP, your UPI PIN or card details, at any stage.
Prohibited use
You must not use an account for money laundering or any unlawful purpose, open multiple accounts to gain an advantage, attempt to manipulate markets, or use automated software against the platform. Any of these may result in closure and forfeiture of the balance.
Limits of our responsibility
We are responsible for issuing your ID correctly, crediting deposits we are able to identify, and paying withdrawals you are entitled to receive.
We are not responsible for your betting losses, for platform downtime or market suspension, for the accuracy of odds or scores, for connectivity problems on your side, or for losses arising from credentials you shared with somebody else.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions go through the panel — see the contact page.
Reading these terms in practice
The important line running through this document is the one between the panel and the platform. This site is an agent: it opens T20 Exchange accounts, credits deposits and pays withdrawals. The platform runs the markets, prices the odds and settles the bets. Nearly every question about what can be changed after the fact comes down to which side of that line a request falls on.
Where responsibility sits
An agent is accountable for money movement and account issuance. Settled bets, suspended markets and price movement belong to the exchange and are not reversible at panel level by anybody. Understanding that in advance removes an entire category of frustration.
The clauses actually worth reading
Deposits and withdrawals. Taking fresh payment details each time, always sending a reference, withdrawing to the account you deposited from, and clearing open bets before requesting a payout prevent essentially every avoidable delay described anywhere on this site.
