Privacy Policy

We collect very little. Opening a T20 Exchange account needs a contact number, a username and your payment reference — nothing more. No documents are required upfront, we do not sell data to anybody, and this website sets no advertising or tracking cookies at all.

Last updated 16 August 2026. This policy covers this website and the ID panel operated through it.

What we hold, and why

  • A contact numberSo we can reach you about your account, and so it can be found again if you lose access. This is the field agents search on most often.
  • A usernameChosen by you or assigned by us. It identifies your account on the platform.
  • Payment referencesTo match incoming deposits to the right person, and bank details to send withdrawals back to you.
  • Chat historyThe conversation with support, which doubles as the record of your deposits and requests.
  • Identity documentsOnly where a larger withdrawal requires verification, and only at that point.

We do not hold your password. We do not want it and will never ask for it. We also never request a banking OTP, a UPI PIN or card details, so none of those exist anywhere in our records either.

Each item above exists for one practical purpose: opening your account, crediting money you sent, paying money back, and answering questions about those. We do not build behavioural profiles, run advertising, or analyse betting patterns for marketing.

How long it stays

DataRetention
Account and contact detailsWhile the account exists, plus a dormancy period so it can be recovered
Deposit and withdrawal recordsKept as a financial record
Support chat historyKept while useful for resolving queries and disputes
Verification documentsOnly as long as the withdrawal that prompted them requires

Dormant accounts are deliberately not deleted. That is how a balance from last season can still be recovered when somebody returns at the start of an IPL, and it is a feature rather than an oversight.

Who else sees it

Nobody, with two unavoidable exceptions. Your username is necessarily known to the T20 Exchange platform, because that is where the account lives. And payment information passes through banks and UPI providers in the ordinary course of any transfer.

Beyond that: we do not sell data. We do not pass contact numbers to other panels, tipster services, marketing lists or anybody else. If you start receiving unsolicited betting messages, they did not originate here.

That is worth stating flatly because the opposite is common enough in this category to be a reasonable worry.

Cookies on this website

These pages set no advertising cookies and run no third-party tracking or analytics. There are no embedded social widgets, no remarketing pixels, and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to. The site is static HTML, and the only thing your browser stores is its ordinary cache.

The T20 Exchange platform itself does use a session cookie once you log in, which is what keeps you signed in while you bet. That is functional rather than tracking, and clearing it simply logs you out.

Security, and the part that is yours

Account records are restricted to the people who need them. But the largest risk to your account is not our systems — it is a shared password, or a message from somebody impersonating support.

  • Change the temporary password on your first login.
  • Do not reuse a password from email or banking.
  • Nobody legitimate will ever ask for it. Treat any such request as a scam, regardless of how official the message looks.
  • Log out on devices that are not yours, since sessions persist longer than people expect.

Real support never contacts you first about your balance. That single rule catches the common impersonation pattern without requiring any technical judgement.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you, through the contact page. Deletion requests are honoured where we are not required to retain financial records, and closing an account with a balance means withdrawing that balance first.

This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about anybody younger, and any such account is closed on discovery.

Privacy on an agent-issued betting account

Agent-issued accounts collect considerably less than a conventional betting signup, because there is no upfront KYC step and no email verification flow. Opening a T20 Exchange account requires a contact number, a username and a payment reference. Documents enter the picture only when a withdrawal is large enough to warrant verification, which is standard practice for any platform paying out significant sums.

What that means in practice

Less data held means less that can ever be exposed. The trade-off is that account recovery depends on the details you did provide — usually the phone number and username — which is why noting your username somewhere outside the chat is worth doing on day one rather than after you have lost the thread.

The risk that actually matters

Credential sharing, not data collection. The common scam involves somebody claiming a problem with a pending payout and asking you to confirm login details or a banking OTP. No genuine agent needs either, and no genuine support contact begins with them messaging you about your balance unprompted.
