If a big match is coming and your login or balance needs sorting, do it in the afternoon. That is the single most useful sentence on this page, and it is the one people ignore most reliably.
What to put in the first message
A complete first message usually gets answered rather than questioned, which is the whole difference between four minutes and forty.
- Your username. Never the password. A username is enough to find any account.
- What happened, specifically. "Deposit not showing" beats "problem with account" by a mile.
- Amount and time, if money is involved.
- The payment reference, for anything deposit-related. This is the critical one — without it there is nothing to match against.
- A screenshot, if you have one. It carries the amount, time and reference together.
- What you already tried, so nobody suggests it back to you.
And send it as one message rather than six. A conversation split across many notifications gets picked up many times, each from the beginning, which is slower for you and for everyone waiting behind you.
What we will never ask you for
- Your T20 Exchange password, under any circumstances.
- An OTP from your banking app.
- Your UPI PIN, card number or CVV.
- Net banking credentials.
- Remote access to your phone, or a screen-sharing app.
- A fee to release a withdrawal. There are none.
If a message asks for any of those, it is not us, however official it looks. Real support also never contacts you first about your balance — that pattern is the scam, and recognising it requires no technical knowledge at all.

Things we cannot help with
Settled bets cannot be reversed and suspended markets cannot be reopened by an agent. Both belong to the platform and are decided by the actual match, so asking spends time you would rather use on something fixable.
We also do not provide match predictions or tips, and we do not extend credit. Saying so here is faster than saying it in a chat, and it is not a soft no.

Contacting a T20 Exchange panel: what to expect
Because accounts here are issued by agents rather than through a public signup, contacting support means contacting the panel that opened your ID. There is no ticket queue and no call centre standing between you and somebody who can act, which makes resolution faster for anything money-related and means quality varies more between panels than it would with a single large operator.
What gets handled quickly
Deposits accompanied by a payment reference, withdrawal status checks, password resets, and requests for the current panel link. Those four cover the large majority of contacts, and most resolve inside a single exchange of messages provided the first one was complete.
What slows things down
Missing references, requests that include money still committed as exposure, destination banks that do not match the deposit account, and messages split across several notifications. None of these are complicated and all of them are avoidable before you press send.
